We specialize in providing flexible, fully furnished office solutions designed to meet the needs of individuals and businesses seeking professionalism, convenience, and flexibility — without the long-term commitment. We proudly welcome brokers and their clients; we make the referral process simple and the workspace experience exceptional.
As a broker, you'll earn a commission equal to 10% of the monthly rent, based on the total amount paid by the tenant each month for their leased space.
You'll earn a commission of 10% of the additional monthly rent, based on the total amount paid by the tenant each month for their leased space.
You'll earn a commission of 5% of the additional monthly rent, based on the total amount paid by the tenant each month for their leased space.

Broker Program Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth and rewarding experience for our valued broker partners, please review the following terms and conditions:
- Commission Eligibility
Commissions are paid only when the referred tenant’s account is active, in good standing, and rent payments have been received. - Referral Window
A lease agreement must be signed within six months of the broker’s initial introduction. - Commission Basis
Commissions are based on office space rental charges only. Any additional fees (such as phone, printing, or other sundry charges) are excluded. - Referral Process
Brokers must provide the referral contact information via phone or email prior to the client’s initial tour.
